A cross-chain intent system became one of the providers powering swaps inside another exchange interface. The user expresses the desired outcome while providers compete to complete it across available routes. More integrations can improve execution, but the central promise remains unchanged: the instruction should survive movement between systems without silently changing what the user asked to receive.

Intent-based routing moves complexity away from the surface and into the provider network. That can spare users from choosing bridges, fees, and intermediate assets one by one. It also means the underlying evidence must become stronger. A good result needs a record of the original request, the winning route, the assets delivered, and the time at which completion became final.

A separate experiment used frontier language models and specialized tools to attack a broad collection of classical ciphers. Historical puzzles are a controlled way to test reasoning because the hidden message and method can be checked afterward. Success demonstrates tool use and search, while failure reveals whether the model invented confidence instead of preserving uncertainty about an unresolved key.

The two developments share a deeper concern: instructions become dangerous when their context disappears. A swap intent without its constraints can settle the wrong outcome; a cipher guess without reproducible steps can look persuasive while remaining false. Systems need durable data not only to produce an answer, but to let another operator reconstruct why that answer was accepted.
